Material Crushing and Material Screening

TWL has recognised that a significant proportion of bulk raw materials require some element of crushing and / or screening in order to meet the clients' specific requirements, or alternatively to remove contamination and foreign particles that may be present in the material.

Material Crushing

T W Logistics operates 3 crushing plants (jaw, cone and roller), capable of crushing products from 300mm to 3mm. Larger sized materials can be accommodated by arrangement. Cargoes that can be crushed include Ferro Alloys, Carbon and Graphite, concrete and ash, minerals and refractory products.

Material Screening

T W Logistics operate various screening plants at its Gainsborough, Scunthorpe and Port of Mistley facilities, capable of handling both bespoke dedicated commodities and contract screening. Each screen can be set to produce size ranges to suit your requirements. Products can be screened with a finished size: 200 mm down to 0.2 mm.

The screens can handle a range of bulk cargoes including but not limited to , Ferro Alloys, Carbon and Graphite, ash, grit and abrasives, agg regates, fertilisers, minerals, sands, wood pellets and salt.
