Steel cargoes that can be handled include re-bars (bundled and coiled), WRIC, bundles of steel bar and billets, sections and profiles, packaged and envelope sheet, and plate. The Port of Mistley specifically focuses on the lighter gauge materials. A comprehensive range of metal cargoes are handled and packaged in various formats including bundles, ingots, plates, jumbos, sows and 'T' bars.

Cargoes can be stored in secure covered warehouses or in open storage as appropriate. TWL is also pleased to arrange haulage and can offer extremely competitive road haulage rates to the Midlands, London, the South East, East Anglia, the North East and M62 corridor through its various facilities.
